Elementary, Middle School & High School Training

Elementary School Options:

KidFit (Kindergarten - 2nd Grade)
 A class for kids Kindergarten through 2nd grades. It is a 45 minute circuit class that will introduce kids to the world of fitness. Our goals is to fuel a lifelong practice of fitness.  This is where FUN meets workout. The young athletes will begin to "practice" with fun exercises that focus on the foundation of body movements. We will do fitness games, teambuilding exercises, obstacle courses and various age appropriate challenges.

Youth (3rd - 5th Grade)

Our youth groups is for our older elementary school athletes as they transition from circuit training to a more workout structure. We will work on mobility, plyometrics, beginning strength and endurance training. It is where our older kids build upon the foundation of movement and start building the tools needed to succeed in any sport or direction their fitness goals take them.

Jr. High  Options:

Juniors (6th-8th Grade)

For Jr. High kids that are looking to make gains as an overall athlete or get into a fitness program and create a solid foundation. This program focuses on agility, strength and to create a well-rounded athlete. Our primary goal is to increase ones overall athleticism, improve coordination, strength and excel in all sports they enjoy competing in.

All Star (6th-8th Grade)
This group is for athletes who have worked out previously. The goal is for broad-based athletic development, injury prevention and strength gains. This group will help young athletes advance and excel in their specific sports and prepare them for the challenges in competitive sports and get them ready for their high school careers. We will start to raise an athlete’s competitive edge at this level! Our focus will be on speed, quickness, strength training, mobility, stability, reaction time and injury prevention.

High School Options:

Seniors (High School)

Blast each major muscle group and more using various types of equipment! You’re guaranteed to be sore the next day from this workout. We will do circuit training, strength training, HIIT workouts and much more. Our goal for our high school groups is to burn calories and build strength by mixing in light cardio, weights and circuits. Burn more, go harder, and learn to push into your next level of fitness.

All American (High School)
Time to get bigger, stronger and faster. Time to make gains! We will build speed and explosiveness along with overall strength gains. For our girls, we will continue to focus on our ACL specific training so we can do our best to avoid ACL injuries. Our goal is to take each players game to the next level! The focus will be on speed, power, explosiveness, strength & plyometric training, agility and change of direction, reaction time, flexibility, mobility and injury prevention.
