Youth (3rd - 5th Grade)
Our youth groups is for our older elementary school athletes as they transition from circuit training to a more workout structure. We will work on mobility, plyometrics, beginning strength and endurance training. It is where our older kids build upon the foundation of movement and start building the tools needed to succeed in any sport or direction their fitness goals take them.
Juniors (6th-8th Grade)
For Jr. High kids that are looking to make gains as an overall athlete or get into a fitness program and create a solid foundation. This program focuses on agility, strength and to create a well-rounded athlete. Our primary goal is to increase ones overall athleticism, improve coordination, strength and excel in all sports they enjoy competing in.
Seniors (High School)
Blast each major muscle group and more using various types of equipment! You’re guaranteed to be sore the next day from this workout. We will do circuit training, strength training, HIIT workouts and much more. Our goal for our high school groups is to burn calories and build strength by mixing in light cardio, weights and circuits. Burn more, go harder, and learn to push into your next level of fitness.
